Job Description

About the Role

Lead your team to success and help customers BBQ better! As a Store Manager, you will take ownership of the daily operations, team leadership, and customer experience in your store. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to bring the heat, leading by example, mentoring their team, and making sure every customer walks out with the perfect BBQ experience.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead and manage the team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
  • Develop and coach team members to achieve their best, fostering a positive and productive environment.
  • Oversee merchandising and store presentation to reflect our brand standards.
  • Manage stock levels and inventory control to optimise product availability and minimise losses.
  • Implement strategies to improve sales, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

  • Proven retail management experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build a collaborative workplace culture.
  • A results-driven mindset with experience in meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Organisational skills to manage operations, stock, and customer experience effectively.
  • A passion for BBQs, outdoor living, and delivering a premium retail experience.
