Assistant Store Manager – Warringah

We’re now looking for an energetic, people-first Assistant Store Manager to join our Warringah team and help lead the way in creating those unforgettable backyard moments.

What you’ll do

• Support the Store Manager to drive daily operations and deliver a standout customer experience

• Lead, coach and inspire the team to smash sales targets and grow their skills

• Keep the store looking sizzling with top-notch merchandising and stock management

• Jump in on the floor to help customers find everything from their dream BBQ to the perfect set of tongs

What you bring

• Retail leadership experience or the motivation to step up into your first leadership role

• A passion for great customer service and building a high-energy team culture

• Strong organisational skills to keep the store humming, even on busy weekends

• A can-do attitude and love of problem solving
