Product Support & Warranty Specialist

At Barbeques Galore, we’ve been helping Aussies fire up unforgettable moments for 45+ years. We’re now looking for a Product Support & Warranty Specialist to keep those good times rolling by making sure every product stays in top form.

What you’ll do

• Be the go-to expert for warranty claims and product support

• Solve product issues, track trends and help improve future ranges

• Liaise with customers, dealers and service providers to keep every claim smooth

• Keep accurate records and use CRM/warranty systems to stay on top of it all

What you bring

• Experience in customer service, warranty claims or product support (or a knack for detail and process)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Confidence with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (not required but a bonus!)
