We’re on the lookout for Assistant Store Managers to join our South & Inner Sydney team – supporting our stores at Crossroads, Warringah Mall, Caringbah, Artarmon and Alexandria.

What you’ll do

• Lead and inspire a passionate team to create an unforgettable customer experience

• Drive sales and deliver on targets while keeping operations running smoothly

• Coach, mentor and grow your team’s skills and confidence

• Keep the store looking sharp and fully stocked for every backyard hero

• Retail leadership or strong supervisory experience (home, lifestyle or outdoor categories a bonus)

• Strong organisation and communication skills
