Whether you’re helping someone find their first grill, picking out the perfect smoker, or sharing a few cooking tips, you’ll be turning every visit into an experience worth celebrating.

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating sizzling in-store experiences that keep customers coming back

• Helping customers choose the right BBQ, outdoor furniture or accessories

• Keeping our store looking sharp and well-stocked

• Working together as a team to hit goals and have fun doing it

What we’re looking for:

• A people-person who loves talking all things BBQ

• A team player with strong communication skills

• Retail or customer service experience (bonus points if you’ve ever fired up a smoker!)

• Availability across weekends and key trading periods
