Warranty & Quality Assurance Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Warranty & Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Product Warranty team and deliver a seamless after-sales experience for our customers.
In this role, you’ll manage and develop a high-performing team, oversee warranty and service outcomes, and work closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure warranty obligations are met efficiently and cost-effectively. You’ll also analyse warranty trends and provide insights to the Product team to improve quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading and coaching the Product Warranty team

Managing after-sales customer support and warranty cases

Analysing warranty data and identifying product trends

Working with service technicians and suppliers to control costs

Collaborating with Product, Finance and Customer Care teams

Driving continuous improvement across warranty and quality processes
About you:

5+ years’ experience in a similar role (warranty, quality, product support, customer service or merchandise)

Proven people leadership and coaching capability
-
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
-
Commercially minded with a strong customer focus
-
Experience in retail or product-based environments highly regarded
