Warranty & Quality Assurance Manager

Barbeques Galore Australia (Homebush NSW) 

We’re looking for an experienced Warranty & Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Product Warranty team and deliver a seamless after-sales experience for our customers.

In this role, you’ll manage and develop a high-performing team, oversee warranty and service outcomes, and work closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure warranty obligations are met efficiently and cost-effectively. You’ll also analyse warranty trends and provide insights to the Product team to improve quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coaching the Product Warranty team

  • Managing after-sales customer support and warranty cases

  • Analysing warranty data and identifying product trends

  • Working with service technicians and suppliers to control costs

  • Collaborating with Product, Finance and Customer Care teams

  • Driving continuous improvement across warranty and quality processes

About you:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role (warranty, quality, product support, customer service or merchandise)

  • Proven people leadership and coaching capability

  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

  • Commercially minded with a strong customer focus

  • Experience in retail or product-based environments highly regarded
