We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our Coffs Harbour store and make it the place locals love to shop.
What you’ll be doing
• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team
• Owning store performance across sales, wages, stock and customer experience
• Creating a positive, engaged culture where people enjoy coming to work
• Driving results while maintaining strong safety and compliance standards
• Being hands-on on the shop floor while managing day-to-day operations

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, or strong retail experience and is ready to step up.
• A people-first leader who builds accountability and trust
• Strong commercial awareness, including KPIs, wages to sales and stock management
• A leader who sets the standard and leads from the front
