About the role
You’ll be a key part of our store team, delivering great customer experiences and helping customers bring their outdoor cooking plans to life.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly, confident customer service

• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right products

• Operating POS systems and handling transactions

• Maintaining store presentation and merchandising standards

• Supporting stock replenishment and store operations

• Working collaboratively with your team to hit sales and service goals

What we’re looking for

• A positive, can-do attitude

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Reliability and flexibility across weekdays and weekends

• Retail or hospitality experience (highly regarded but not essential)

• Interest in BBQs, outdoor living or cooking (a bonus, but not required)
