Casual Retail Team Member – Albany

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Casual Retail Team Member to join our Albany store. If you love customer interaction, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy being part of a hands-on team, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Casual Retail Team Member, you’ll play a key part in creating memorable in-store experiences. From helping customers choose the right BBQ or outdoor furniture, to recommending the perfect accessories and fuel, you’ll bring energy and confidence to every interaction.

You’ll also support with:

• Delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor

• Building product knowledge across BBQs, smokers, pizza ovens and outdoor living

• Processing sales through POS

• Stock replenishment and merchandising

• Supporting click & collect and online order pickups

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised store environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred

• A genuine interest in outdoor living, cooking or home improvement

• Confidence to engage customers and ask the right questions

• Availability across weekdays, weekends and peak trade periods

• A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
