We’re all about helping customers create moments that bring people together. Whether it’s a first BBQ, a backyard upgrade or the perfect outdoor setup, you’ll be part of making it happen.

What you’ll be doing
• Welcoming customers and kicking off genuine conversations
• Understanding what customers are trying to achieve and guiding them to the right products
• Building your knowledge across BBQs, outdoor furniture, heating and accessories
• Helping customers visualise the full setup (not just the BBQ)
• Supporting the team with stock, presentation and day-to-day store operations

What we’re looking for
• Someone who enjoys chatting with people and making connections
• Retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience (helpful, not essential)
• A willingness to learn – we’ll teach you the rest
• Reliability and flexibility, including weekends
• A team-first attitude and someone who’s happy to get stuck in
