Our Albany store is looking for a passionate Casual Retail Team Member who loves delivering great customer experiences and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment. Based at our Barbeques Galore Albany store, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, working as part of a team, and helping create amazing outdoor living experience

About the Role

As a Casual Team Member, you will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create genuine customer connections
• Assist customers with BBQs, outdoor furniture, heating and accessories
• Support visual merchandising and store presentation
• Process sales and assist with stock replenishment
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and operational goals
• Help bring our CARE selling approach to life through confident conversations and recommendations

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• A positive attitude with strong communication skills
• Someone who enjoys working in a team environment
• Availability across weekdays, weekends and peak trading periods
• Ability to safely lift and move stock when required.
